After-Sales Engineer

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for debugging and after-sales service of 3D printers.
- Manage company equipment, diagnose and troubleshoot faults, and maintain repair logs.
- Analyze equipment and maintenance records, identify problems, and report/resolve them promptly.
- Perform 3D modeling for customer 3D printing needs and print physical objects.
- Support technical needs during business operations.
Requirements:
- Experience or internship in circuit R&D, testing, or maintenance.
- Basic programming skills; 3D drawing skills are preferred.
- Good service consciousness, serious and responsible work attitude.
- Strong accident judgment and handling capabilities; strong hands-on ability.

Responsibilities:
- Full-time sales of metal 3D printing equipment, metal additive manufacturing equipment, SLM equipment, and printing services.
- Responsible for market promotion and sales; formulate and complete sales plans.
- Follow up on contract signing, payment collection, coordinate product shipment, equipment acceptance, and after-sales service arrangements.
- Participate in exhibitions and academic conferences; actively maintain and expand sales channels and customer resources.
- Analyze sales data,挖掘 customer needs, monitor market trends, and provide optimization suggestions for marketing, promotion, after-sales, and R&D.
- Outstanding performers may lead the sales team.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of sales experience; experience in mechanical equipment sales or background in metal materials is preferred.
- Knowledge in mechanical industry, rapid prototyping, mold production, or mechanical design is preferred.
- High enthusiasm for sales and the 3D printing industry; keen market insight; good communication and coordination skills.
- Good learning ability, adaptability, and stress resistance; strong sense of career and responsibility.
- Bachelor's degree or above;持有 C2 driver's license or above.
